Il applique \u00e9galement ce modus operandi \u00e0 la gestion de sa propre entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0La nourriture savoureuse est une chose, mais l&rsquo;ensemble doit \u00eatre parfait : de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception.
